_{Ms. Chen is the founder, Chairwoman and CEO of Sutor Technology Group. Under her leadership, Sutor has become a leading finished steel manufacturer in China with a vertically integrated business model offering unique one-stop customer services that are difficult to replicate. Prior to founding Sutor, she directed the civil administration bureau of Xiaoshan municipal government where she helped design various policies to strengthen the operations of local companies, coordinated businesses between private enterprise and local banks, and reviewed and approved IPO’s for large companies. At Sutor, Ms. Chen has cultivated a seasoned management team of professionals that are focused on growing Sutor’s business and that are well known in the industry.  Ms. Chen is an accomplished entrepreneur in the Chinese fine finished steel industry and excels in enterprise management and industry and government relations. She obtained an MA degree in Philosophy from Zhenjiang University.}

Mr. Yongfei Jiang has been the Chief Financial Officer of Sutor Technology Group since 2005. Mr. Jiang oversees all financial management activities including financial operations, governance, P&L budgeting, forecasting and analysis. In addition, he has extensive experience with Sutor’s daily operations. From 2002 to 2005, Mr. Jiang was the financial manager at Guangzhou Huaye Steel Processing Company Limited where he was primarily responsible for the company’s banking operations. Prior to that he was the director of finance at Zhejiang Guotai Insulation Materials Company and participated in corporate restructuring and developing the ERP systems for the company. Mr. Jiang graduated from Zhejiang Finance and Economic College.

Mr. Zhou joined Sutor Technology Group as Vice President of Finance in February 2010. He has over fifteen years of experience in investment research and management of global equity securities, private equity investment, international project development, corporate development, and financial planning and analysis.  Previously, Mr. Zhou worked for Roth Capital Partners, Rich Fields Investment, American Electric Power, The Wing Group and U.S. Global Investors in various capacities including executive vice president & chief financial officer, senior research analyst, financial analyst and principal financial planner. His extensive professional experience covers investment firms, brokerage firms and Fortune 500 companies in the U.S. and in China.  Mr. Zhou holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from China Petroleum University, and an MBA in Finance and a Ph.D. in interdisciplinary Energy and Mineral Resources from the University of Texas at Austin. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a member of the CFA Institute.

Mr. Li joined Sutor Technology Group as Chief Technology Officer in June 2011.He is considered as the founder of hot-dip galvanization technology for wide steel strips in China. He currently serves as chief expert and senior member of Hot-dip Galvanization Committee of China Society for Corrosion and protection (CSCP). Prior to joining Sutor, Mr.Li was chief engineer at Wuhan Iron and Steel (Group) Corporation, one of the largest steel companies in China. Mr.Li authored the first book on hot-dip galvanization technology in China and published 38 articles in various professional journals. He obtained his B.S degree in Chemistry from Henan Normal University.
